- Grapes : 100% Chardonnay from a very old vine aged 30, ideally facing south.
- Raising : Oak barrels
- Aging : 9 years
- Disgorging : 6 months minimum before the marketing.
- Alcohol level : 12% Vol.
- Dosage : 6 g/L sugar
- Conditionnement : Bottle (0,75 L) and Magnum (1,5L)

Colour : sustained yellow colour; regular and lingering bubbles.
Nose : elegant, flavours of candied white fruits, the pear, the yellow peach, the cherry plum combined with notes of candied citrus fruits, the lemon and the pink grapefruits. The evolution offers a touch of white flowers, the hawthorn, accompanied by vanilla and coffee aromas.
Palate : intense and fresh attack ; the evolution offers a soft minerality and restores the fruits of the nose.
Finish : a great length revealing a note of roasting.
