Raising : Oak barrels

Disgorging : 6 months minimum before the marketing.

Conditionnement : Bottle (0,75 L) and Magnum (1,5L)

Composed of 100% Chardonnay grapes from a 30-year old vineyard, ideally exposed due south.
This vintage champagne duely aged 6 months in oak barrels.
Fresh and full on the nose, with spicy notes, and vanilla that reveal a palette of brioche flavours and candied fruits (apricot) on the palate.
A champagne to taste as an aperitif or to accompany elegant desserts.
