Prices and terms of delivery

 
Shipments for France from:
- from 6 bottles: 28 € all taxes inclued
- from 12 to 30 bottles: 39 € all taxes inclued
- from 36 to 60 bottles: 49 € all taxes inclued 
- from 66 to 120 bottles: 70 € all taxes inclued  
 
Beyond that, we see, ditto for Corsica.
For countries in the European zone, deliveries are made within a minimum of 15 days, the price may vary depending on customs duties performed by each country.
For all orders outside of France, an estimate must previously be sent to you, thank you to contact us.
We reserve the right to suspend the execution of the order and even terminate, following fortuitous events or force majeure (it is particularly so in case of a strike, lockout, fire, transportation difficulties, hostilities or any other event beyond our control) without the customer may rely as to any compensation for the delay.
After order confirmation, Champagne Philippe Fourrier undertakes to deliver to its carrier, all items ordered by the buyer. Always check your parcel on arrival.

Packages are delivered in good condition to the carrier.  You should check the number and condition of receipt thereof, and annotate on the bill to sign, missing items and damage.

If the customer wants two places of delivery, it will place two orders separate with their respective shipping.

All our goods are sold in our store made famous.

They travel at the risk of the purchaser, regardless of the mode of transport or the terms of payment of the price of transport, free or postage due, and notwithstanding the provisions relating to the subject property.
It is recommended not to accept a package without reserve to the carrier, before checking the contents.
In case of dispute, please mention the damage on the carrier's receipt and confirm your reservations within 72 hours by registered letter addressed to the carrier. In case of disagreement or dispute, the court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of Troyes.
