Apéritif - 100% Pinot Noir with skin maceration
Ageing : minimum 3 years in oak barrel
Made from Pinot Noir grape juice, to which Fine de champagne is added.
A very soft and creamy palate, revealing delicate aromas of red fruits (blackcurrant, morello cherrry, blackberry).
The finish is exceptionnally long and remarkably balanced.
Served fresh as an aperitif, can accompany your cocktails and fruity desserts.
